Microsoft Outlook Tasks

Did you know MS Outlook Tasks can be synced to display in real-time on your iPhone or iPad?

  1. Setup your Microsoft Outlook account on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Go to Settings –> Mail –> Add Account –> Exchange –> add your username and password for your MS 365 Account –> Turn on Mail, Calendar, Reminder etc Add Account
  3. Go to the Reminder icon on your iPhone &/or iPad to see and manage your list.
  4. You can add new tasks, change the date & time and mark them as complete and it all syncs back to your MS Outlook Tasks list in the Calendar app.
