Registration for Membership
By completing the user registration process you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below.
Services Provided by Expand Careers
Expand Careers Consulting offers ongoing support for our clients via a monthly membership Expand Careers Consulting offers an Ongoing Advice Service and free access to our resource Library. This service is available as a monthly direct debit from your account, paid in advance of $17.00 per month whether you use the service or not.
Customers who sign up to our Ongoing Advice Service will receive free access to Webinars, Instruction Sheets and can email questions to us about any career related question.
If the advice needed is more detailed than can be provided by an email or a 30 minute phone call then a Consultation at discounted member rates will be arranged.
Advice will only be given within our field of expertise and based on the information you provide to Expand Careers Consulting.
Payment Terms and Conditions
You agree to pay by direct debit the agreed fee of $17 per month via direct debit ongoing unless you cancel your membership in writing. Expand Careers reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time that you contravene the terms and conditions included within.
Information Provided by You
Any personal information you may provide to Expand Careers Consulting via this site is protected by the Privacy Policy Associated with this site. You agree not to provide information opr materials to Expand Careers Consulting that is defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporates the proprietary material of another.
Liability
Each of the Parties acknowledge that, in entering into this agreement, it does not do so in reliance on any representation, warranty or other provision except as expressly provided in this agreement, and any conditions, warranties or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded from this agreement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the full extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability in respect of loss of data, interruption of business or any consequential or incidental damages which may occur whilst using material from this Site.
No liability is accepted for loss or damages incurred as a result of reliance upon material contained in this Site. You acknowledge that any suggestions made or advice provided are intended as a guide only. You should consider your own personal situation in addition to the information provided by our services.
Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that any report or document provided by Expand Careers Consulting is based solely on information provided by you and that we cannot warrant the accuracy or truthfulness of your response. Whilst using the services of Expand Career Consulting will enhance your chances in any of your career or work endeavours you need to be aware other factors may result in a result that does not meet your expectations.

Expand Careers Consulting reserves all rights in the content and design of this site. Unless permitted in writing by Expand Careers Consulting, you may not reproduce, use or copy any content on this site including names, logos and any other material licensed to Expand Careers Consulting. You may not use commercially any information, products or services on this website and you may not cause any of the material on this website to be framed or embedded into another website without written permission from Expand Careers Consulting.
You may not modify, adapt or create derivative works based on or contained in our services or any associated written material accompanying or produced by us. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our services or any associated written material accompanying or produced by it. Without limitation this restriction shall apply in respect of the questionnaire and reports generated in this website.
Termination
These Terms terminate automatically if, for any reason, we cease to operate the Site.
We may otherwise terminate these terms immediately, on notice to you, if you have breached these terms in any way.
Refund Policy
Expand Careers fees are designed to be very affordable, especially when compared to companies who provide comparable Career Development services. As a consequence, Expand Careers is unable to provide and does not provide a total refund policy.
Service Fees
Payment of service fees confirms a customer’s acceptance of an agreement between Expand Careers Services and you in regard to payment prior to service. Service fees are not transferable to other persons.
The service fee is refundable until forty eight hours before the start date of the customer’s chosen service. All service fee refunds are issued via Direct Credit and are subject to a cancellation fee, incurred as a result of administrative and processing costs. Requests for service fee refunds must be made via an email to Expand Careers Consultants, clearly detailing the reasons for cancellation.
Cancellations are subject to the following policies:
The circumstances regarding eligibility for a refund and the associated notice period are based on the earliest start date the customer has ever been registered for.
If a customer cancels forty eight hours or more before their earliest service start date, they can request a refund of the service fee, which will be provided less a the cancellation fee. Alternatively, they may ask for a service fee credit to be held in their name for future use on any Expand Careers service, subject to availability, for a period of twelve months from their earliest registered start date. This credit may be issued less the value of any change fees the volunteer has incurred.
If a customer cancels after forty eight hours before their service start date, no refund of service fees is available. A service fee credit, less any change fees the customer has incurred, may be held in their name for a period of twelve months from their earliest registered start date, for future use on another Expand Careers service, subject to service availability and at the discretion of the Expand Career Team.
If a customer cancels less than forty eight hours before their program’s start date, no refund of service fees is available. A service fee credit may be held in their name for twelve months from their earliest registered start date, subject to availability, provided service fees have been paid in full by their due date. If service fees have not been paid, the volunteer can request for their fee to be held in credit for twelve months by paying a late cancellation fee.
If a customer books a service less than forty eight hours before their service date, no refund of service fees is available. A service fee credit, less any change fees the customer has incurred, may be held in their name for a period of twelve months from their earliest registered start date, for future use on another Expand Careers service, subject to service availability and at the discretion of the Expand Career Team.
Customers who apply and cancel within the time-frames mentioned above are held to the same conditions in relation to their eligibility for a refund.
Once a customer’s refund request has been received by Expand Careers, they will be notified via email. If no notification is received within three working days, the assumption should be made that the request has not been received and the customer is advised to contact Expand Careers Services again.
Where a group of ten or more people is requesting a service, the group leader must register ahead of other group members in order to secure the group’s dates and plans. Group members must then apply and register no less than fourteen days before the program starts. Group members who register less than fourteen days before the program start date may be excluded from the program, unless approved by Expand Careers.
Expand Careers reserves the right to revise the service fee at any time. All service fee revisions will be made via the Expand Careers website. Service fee revisions are not applicable to customers who have already submitted their service fee payment before the revisions are due to take effect. A customer’s placement is not confirmed until the service fee has been paid in full and availability has been checked by their Expand Careers Management.
General
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales and each party submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
